Per the NWMLS third quarter results for 2016 reflect a dollar volume increase of 22.6% for San Juan Island but the year-to-date dollar volume reflects a 14% increase. San Juan Island Real Estate Market Update
In reviewing the year-to-date activity for 2015, the real estate market volume on San Juan Island reflects an increase of 7.5% for the period of January through September as compared to the same period in 2014.
