San Juan Island Real Estate Market Update

The second quarter results which complete the first half of the year for San Juan Island were very similar to 2015 as the real estate dollar volume reflected a decrease of 1% over the same period. The first half volume for 2016 was $56,700,175 as compared to $57,435,820 in 2015. The number of transactions was also down with a 4% decrease.
